All orders are shipped prepaid from our warehouse in Chicago via best way and charges will be invoiced to you. We ship by the most economical method. We use UPS whenever possible. Large orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier.

Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 30 days of purchase for credit. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge plus any freight associated with the return.
Damaged GoodsAlthough TriSupplies takes great care to insure that shipments are protected, damage in transit does occasionally occur. To receive credit for damaged product, damage must be noted on the bill of lading at time of delivery and put aside for freight carrier review. All damaged goods claims must be made within 7 days of purchase.
While we try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change without notice.
TriSupplies does not have a minimum dollar order. Items may have a minimum quantity they must be purchased in.
